You need a new activation “Ersatzlizenz” for a product delivered without dongle?

In this case please send us the following completed pdf-form. We send you the appropriate information to activate the product once more.

Please keep in mind that this process is needed for a few OEM-products and demo versions only, e.g. after hardware repair or using the software on a new or different PC.

All products out of the CamIQ product range are provided with a USB-dongle and can be used with new/changed PC-hardware without any problems because the activation codes refer only to the USB-dongle.
