CamIQ Remote Support

You want direct support with configuring your CamIQ system? With the CamIQ tool for remote support our technical team can support you via an encrypted internet connection in setting up your system or solving special setup constellations. The access ist protected with your personal password and will of course only be possible as long as you want. You can follow each step we do on your screen - nearly as good as having our support team directly at your site!

To enable the access to your system by our support team please continue with these steps:

Download the CamIQ remote support tool.
Start the tool on the system you need support with (no permanent installation needed).
Call our support team an inform them about the session id and your password.
